Requirement
1. Education Qualification of MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed college.
2. At least 2 years of experience in HR profile.
Key attributes required
Self-motivated, good communication skills, empathetic towards fellow employees, go-getter. Someone who is exited about the start-up world
1. Manage company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
2. Design & implementation of employee benefits, developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
3. Manage employee’s grievances and create SoPs to act in timely manner
4. Record keeping of all the key HR activities, policies, payroll, SoPs, employee appraisals etc.
5. Responsible for employee life cycle management from onboarding to exit.
6. Responsible for design and implementation of employee engagement programs.
7. Responsible for all the admin operations.
We are launching a fellowship program that gives young professionals an opportunity to explore the ecosystem, work with the deal teams and get a ringside view on the entrepreneurs that are changing the game.
This fellowship program requires the applicant to be inquisitive, entrepreneurial and above all have an interest in startups, and business. They should have a strong academic background and a few years of work experience is a plus. We welcome applicants from varied backgrounds and geographies. This is a competitive application with limited seats.
How Is the Program Structured? –
- You are expected to commit full working hours for one year.
- The Fellowship will be based inIndia and comes with a monthly stipend
